Job Description

Apple seeks an exceptional, customer service focused and motivated person to join our team as a Customer Service and Safety Supervisor. A security background is terrific, but candidates from outside the security field will be strongly considered. We want the right person and can train for the job. This is an interesting and challenging role responsible for the safety and security of Apple’s employees, customers and buildings throughout Santa Clara Valley.


■ Supervise a shift of up to 10 Customer Service & Safety Specialists to provide 24/7 coverage to support Apple’s employees, customers and buildings ■Train, coach, and mentor the team
■ Provide verbal and written performance evaluations
■ Manage communications for emergency and non-emergency calls-for-service through radio dispatch, phone, and email
■ Respond to safety and security events, issues, staffing deficiencies and other management requests
■ Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic first aid, CPR, and AED as certified
■ Monitor and maintain timekeeping systems, records, and coordinate administrative scheduling
■ Ensure the team is outfitted with the equipment they need to succeed
■ Other duties as assigned


  • Proven team player with enthusiasm and a positive attitude with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Flexibility to work different schedules, shifts and locations
  • Experience in supervision and management


  • Some college or equivalent professional experience needed
  • Possess a valid California driver license and a safe driving record
