    The Digital Experience and Merchandising (DE&M) team defines and evolves the future of e-commerce strategy and customer experience for our online platforms. We focus on crafting innovative and engaging consumer journeys that drive discovery, consideration, and conversion. As part of the team, you'll help shape forward-looking pilots and initiatives, while continuously optimizing the current digital shopping experience. Together, we aim to build best-in-class experiences that resonate with our customers and lead the way in commerce innovation.

    Description
    This role will drive end-to-end project management of strategic content and commerce initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to bring new consumer experiences to life. You will lead the development, coordination, and execution of high-impact projects-from 0 to 1-ensuring flawless delivery across timelines, teams, and business goals. With a strong understanding of branding, creative development, and digital content, you will help bridge creative vision and operational execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to execution, owning timelines, workstreams, and partner alignment.

    • Manage the project lifecycle for integrated marketing, content, and commerce campaigns, ensuring high-quality execution across teams.

    • Work with partners to translate creative ideas into executable, scalable plans

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across all project stages and partners

    • Provide project status updates and leadership reporting across cross functional teams.

    Preferred Qualifications
    BA/BS in related field or MBA preferred
    Strong expertise in content, marketing, or e-commerce-related projects, with a track record of shaping consumer-facing programs
    Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear and persuasive narratives that influence and align stakeholders.
    Demonstrated ability to connect creative thinking with business objectives, working across functions and with external partners such as creative or media agencies.
    Demonstrates Apple's values of inclusion and diversity.

    Minimum Qualifications
    7+ years of experience in project management in digital/social commerce areas at marketing department of a leading brand, digital agency, or management consulting.
    Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
    Demonstrated success in managing complex programs across diverse stakeholders, with a focus on delivering business impact and consumer-centric outcomes.
