Description

• Work with multi-functional teams to converge on display silicon functionality - Use existing silicon and design FPGAs to prototype new display features or technology - Specify Silicon Requirements and microarchitecture - Work with vendors and other teams to deliver quality silicon and resolve any issues - Support validation, generate and optimize silicon configurations - Propose new features, capabilities, and performance requirements for new custom silicon - Support teams using FPGA platforms, ASICs, and models.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering minimum with 5 years of relevant industry experience in EE, Silicon, or FPGA designs or applications

• Experience with Digital Architecture, RTL Coding, Implementation, Verification, Debugging and Deployment

• Experience with serial interfaces like SPI, I2C and high speed serdes IPs.

• Experience with Scripting and Automation (e.g. Python)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineer with 3 years of relevant industry experience

• Experience with Silicon Architecture Modeling, and developing Silicon Chip level specs

• Complete Chip Lifecycle experience

• Knowledge of Board design, ability to specify requirements and review PCBs

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $135,400 and $250,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
