    Position summary

    fficiency Lab. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product compliance engineers and cross-functional teams to rigorously test and validate energy efficiency performance across all product lines. Success in this position requires a critical thinker with strong debugging skills and a proactive approach to learning and optimizing processes. Additionally, you will play a key role in evaluating and recommending new equipment and processes to strengthen lab capabilities.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or 3 years of equivalent practical experience

    • 3+ years of experience in hardware product-related energy efficiency testing (e.g., EU ErP Lot X/Lot 3, Battery Charging Systems, Energy Star)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in operating test equipments (e.g. Power meters, Battery testers, AC sources)

    • Experience in product disassembly and creating detailed Standard Operating Procedures

    • (SOPs) for testing

    • Expertise in energy lab setup, lab management, maintenance and improvements

    • Strong communication skills, adaptable to both collaborative and independent work settings

    • Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences, from engineers to executives

    • Thrives in environments where attention to detail is required

    • Expertise in project management, including organizing, managing, and producing high quality

    • Deliverables within tight timelines working with cross functional teams

    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality

    Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $121,909 and $214,500 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
