    Description

    Primary responsibilities include: - Create and execute integrated strategies for space and labs that consider objectives of the organization. - Partner with key business and cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute plans for securing and allocating space and labs to enable world-class work environments. - Partner with key leaders in the organization, providing guidance and insight on space, real estate, labs, and business processes. - Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to create efficiencies and improve overall outcomes. - Develop and drive day-to-day initiative efforts, including cross-functional meetings, action items, data management, and reporting. - Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources to drive intelligent decision making.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • BS/A or equivalent work experience

    • 7+ years or relevant work experience planning and delivering a range of engineering labs

    • Comfortable communicating across teams and through sr. leadership

    • Skilled balancing multiple time sensitive priorities against timelines

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Deep understanding of planning, delivery, and maintaining a portfolio of labs.

    • Experience with complex, mixed use office and lab spaces.

    • Ability to capture, assess, and advocate for core technical requirements.

    • Strong leadership and relationship building skills; the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

    • Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for blending qualitative and quantitative data into executive level presentations and messaging.

    • Well-organized, self-directed, and adaptable; able to balance multiple projects with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

    • Ability to discern and manage business requirements and projects with competing priorities.

    • Strong interest in and ability to take on a range of efforts

    Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
