KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Security and other platform and services teams to translate stakeholder needs into actionable technology solutions, ensuring reliable and robust integration with efficient results. - Develop, test, deploy, and support front end solutions to ensure they meet Apple's high standards for efficiency, functionality, accessibility, and user experience. - Lead the scalable component library and design system, ensuring that all components meets Apple brand guidelines and accessibility standards, as well as regular validation with users. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for innovation. You should bring a proactive mindset and a track record of delivering pixel perfect, accessible user interfaces that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years industry web development experience using React, Redux, Node.js, HTML, CSS, Web Services

    • Demonstrated expertise in both headless and non-headless CMS platforms

    • End-to-End Web application development experience

    • Experience designing, developing, and supporting highly scalable design systems

    • Knowledge of WCAG Accessibility standards and best practices

    • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering-related field, or equivalent related experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of Design, UX, UI principles

    • Experience with CSS pre-processing frameworks (Sass or Less)

    • Good knowledge of APIs and REST architecture

    • Experience with a modern front end build tool, e.g. Webpack

    Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $135,400 and $204,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
