Description
Responsibilities for Growth Operations roles include: - Partnering with others to develop, test, and deploy customer journeys. - Assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities and data needs. - Collaborating and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders and partners on complex global projects to ensure that operational plans, deliverables and risks are properly addressed and aligned. - Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance for operational integrity. - Identifying and communicating issues to internal teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Depending on the role, minimum qualifications may include;
Experience with CRM or ESP platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys, and understanding of audience targeting (ie SQL)
Lifecycle marketing experience, including experience building and launching acquisition and engagement campaigns or new features
Quality or UAT Testing experience
Preferred Qualifications
