    Position summary

    Description

    This role will be responsible for curriculum development for key programs, with a priority on delivering material for a new manager facing program in 2025. In this role, the ideal candidate will apply their expertise in developing learning materials, to build impactful and important training for Services employees. The role will involve an in-depth knowledge of Apple's iWork Suite, with an emphasis on keynote, as well as knowledge of design packages. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Apple's Culture, and a knowledge of Apple's Services. You should be organized, with an excellent eye for storytelling and design, and be able to build positive relationships with key stakeholders to help deliver world-class training materials. - Collaborate with key stakeholders in locally and across international to deliver training materials for Services Employee Engagement Programs - Work with Services Employee Engagement team to build content in keynote, and other related formats, which can then be delivered in training - Ensure timely communication of key project information to Services Employee Engagement team and key stakeholders - Represent the Services Employee Engagement team with internal groups across Services - Support project workflows where there is a need for Employee Experience input - Delivery of training both in person and virtually, as needed.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Experience: 3+ years in instructional design for a media business

    • Extensive understanding of Apple and Apple's Services businesses

    • Experience working in complex matrix organizations

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Outstanding organizational skills and able to stay across multiple projects

    • Deep passion for the Apple brand, Apple's products, and mobile technology

    • Resourceful, creative, and collaborative

    • Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional teams

    Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
