Description
As Hardware System Engineer - SOC, we love the impact we make on the products that reach our customers. Some of the things you would do are: Lead the activates at our Contract Manufacturer location by directly working on iPhone SOC silicon bringup, debug, testing and validation at the system/board/FW level. You will implement comprehensive test flows in various silicon test environments with scripting languages. You will work closely with System Electrical Engineering team and other HW/SW teams throughout the product cycle on failure analysis and factory test. Communication is key to make sure all the stakeholders are kept in the loop, and you will effectively report progress, risks and top issues to the broader team
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical / Computer Engineer
Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering and problem solving skills with 3+ years of experience in electronics industry
Understanding of mobile SOC architecture, ARM is preferred
Hands on experience in SOC/board/system-level bringup, issue debug and testing, lab equipment (e.g. digital oscilloscope, logic analyzer, power supply) to measure power/thermal/performance
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, Shell, etc)
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
