    Position summary

    Own the cross-factory yield/efficiency improvement programs and collaborate with engineering. Collaborate with Thermal and system PD/ Supply Management team for timely deployment of new projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely corrective actions through each build to intercept the ramp. On-site reviews for ramp readiness (This includes raw material supplier, equipment, and module and system assembly sites) Co-developed with process/quality engineering teams to develop process management plans (PMP) for quality (CTQ) metrics, critical to safety (CTS) test, data automation and database, and new ORT reliability test. Verify that all planning assumptions are realistic to achieve the capacity target. Agree on targets (Yields, Efficiency, and UPH) Identify, prioritize, and mitigate key technical risks associated with a product to enable the quality ramp of a product. Manage post-ramp qualification of new material, process, and specification change

    Minimum Qualifications

    • BS or MS Degree in Mechanical / Electrical/Automation or related engineering major

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

    • Knowledge of mechanical, line connections, motors, and sensors

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Understand Six Sigma, Cp/CpK, and DoE (Design of Experiments) concept
    • Understand product drawing, with basic knowledge of GD&T
    • Passion and creativity in solving manufacturing problems
