The success of these programs relies on the coordinated efforts of several key teams within Apple. The Channel Sales Programs team leads the overall planning, execution, and post-installation activities of these programs, working closely with various functional groups within Apple. This role focuses on developing new merchandising programs and managing existing ones across all initiatives. The position works closely with multiple internal stakeholders as well as cross-functional teams in Japan and the USA.

Lead and manage the team, fostering growth and ensuring successful execution of all merchandising initiatives. Partner with Worldwide Channel Strategy & Operations to ensure accurate implementation of merchandising guidelines. Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and Partners to guarantee proper installation and setup of program shops. Ensure alignment with marketing guidelines, maintaining consistency across all initiatives and touch points. Oversee program budget and expenses, ensuring effective financial control and optimization.
