    Position summary

    s - establish relationships and get to know their goals, objectives, and other commitments. Drive decisions, critical issues, and conflict resolution with neutral, approachable, data-driven communications. In this role, you will: - Own the planning, management, and implementation of Privacy Compliance projects that align with the goals and vision of the Data Privacy Program - Assess current processes for improvement opportunities and transform broad concepts and business strategies into structured projects - Drive the development of business requirements, solution design and development, testing, cutover, training, and communications - Ensure project milestones and targets are met (on time, on budget, and in scope) through the appropriate resource, issue, and risk management - Ensure project activities are well communicated prior to the start, during, and after the project completes - Identify, automate and regularly track project/program metrics to support ongoing analysis and reporting - Present regularly to management on status of projects and Data Privacy Program initiatives; escalate, explain, and offer solutions when risks/issues are present - Partner with Privacy Network resources across Apple to create and lead compliance activities that align with the overall Privacy Compliance program

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience managing end-end complex technical and non-technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.

    • Support design and implementation of privacy initiatives to deliver best-in-class privacy practices.

    • Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness programs for employees.

    • Proven experience analyzing, interpreting, summarizing, and presenting data.

    • Ability to accommodate various time zones to support international stakeholders.

    • BS/BA degree required.

    • PMP certification or equivalent experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 2+ year's experience working on data privacy initiatives or relevant technology products

    • Ability to lead, take action, and provide goal-oriented direction in the face of ambiguity and guide cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and foster collaboration.

    • Work with legal and teams to track privacy and data protection compliance throughout project lifecycles using excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

    • Self-starter, comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    • Curious, flexible, and a dedicated problem solver, with a focus on listening and learning.

    • Comfortable influencing project decisions, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation plans.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeframes and deliver on time-bound initiatives.

    • Familiarity with Apple's core products and operating systems, and tools like Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and project management software (Wrike/Omniplan).

    • MBA or an advanced degree.
