    Description

    Apple is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Apple Store Online Product Team in London, with a focus on Affordability Programs. This team drives the roadmap and delivery of technical capabilities in EMEIA, with a vision for the future of online shopping. This is a technical role that links between business, design, and engineering to deliver incredible experiences and products to our customers. We are a high performing team supporting Apple's Affordability initiatives in EMEIA and representing the future of digital retail. This role will require significant partnership with teams across Apple, including Apple Store Online teams, Marketing, Operations, Marcom, Finance, and various Engineering teams. Success in this role will include delivering timely and seamless omni-channel experiences for our customers. Responsibilities: - Participate in the development of strategies and plans to achieve business goals and deliver amazing customer experiences - Establish and manage the technical product roadmap related to EMEIA Affordability Programs, working to ensure alignment across the business needs and technical feasibility - Drive product discovery, requirements, and delivery of new capabilities - Communicate ideas, plans, and program status to partners and leadership

    Minimum Qualifications

    • BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 7+ years of relevant professional experience

    • 7+ years Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences

    • Ability to dive into technical details and designs including web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms

    • Ability to communicate effectively, across all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Track record of developing and delivering multi-year experience and capability roadmaps with complex interdependencies
    • Experience using data and insights to design customer-facing programs and capabilities globally
    • Experience with business analysis, process improvement, and multiple project management methodologies
    • Proficiency with new technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in digital commerce
    • Ability to challenge conventions and debate solutions to identify the best possible outcome for customers
    • Foundational understanding of payments including Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL), Financing, and Trade In or Upgrade programs.
