Articulate the product opportunity in market and provide product insight and leadership from product introduction through end-of-life to both the Marketing and Sales organisations in the Geo across Consumer, Business Markets and Education Lead the local team to deliver product launches with excellence every time Own and drive the annual local Marketing plan, outlining opportunities and actions that lead growth and category leadership, instilling quarterly and half-yearly reviews Build high performing teams through coaching and developing talent. Actively develop an inclusive culture by recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to the organisation For Mac, lead the product opportunity in market and provide product insight and leadership from introduction through end-of-life to both the Marketing and Sales organisations Execute Mac product launches with excellence every time and be the guardian of product messaging & positioning across every customer touch point, advancing the cause of excellence Devise and craft the market narrative to enable clear understanding of market dynamics, customer voice, opportunity and set actions that all key stakeholders understand, as well as defining a common geo voice within the Europe Product Marketing team Become a visible and vocal member of the Product Marketing management team providing strategic input and influencing long term plans. Build a sphere of influence across multiple internal functions / divisions Possess expert knowledge of competitive and third party products and strategies in your geography
Minimum Qualifications
Extensive experience in product marketing
Ability to motivate and develop a team of subject matter experts
Passionate about creating an inclusive and collaborative team environment
Fluency in French and English
Ability to travel regularly, across Europe and globally
