Conducting needs assessment on new programs. - Developing program plans and monitoring progress. - Establishing program network. - Developing legal documents with vendors/external partners. - Managing stakeholder relationships. - Resolving issues during program implementation and initiate actions. - Managing risks to the program's successful outcome. - Managing budget, monitoring costs against deliverables. - Ensuring effective quality assurance. - Managing vendor contributions to the program. - Reporting the progress of the program at regular basis. Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. - Coordinating and managing meetings/ trainings with different parties.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above.
Proven experience in program management.
Familiar with MS Office software.
Fluent English listening, speaking and writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem solving ability.
Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams.
Experience of Capacity Building programs in Supply Chain is a plus.
MacBook user experience is a plus.
Knowledge of massive data analysis, data science, or coding would be a plus.
