Preferred Qualifications
Experience with preparing and executing PCI, SOC2, SOX, or other compliance audits.
Versatile problem solver with a strong analytical mindset, adept at tackling challenges in complex environments through creative and critical thinking. Skilled in deconstructing problems, resolving conflicts, and leading teams to innovative solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with executive leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
Over 5 years of Engineering Program / Project Management (EPM) experience, successfully delivering software and services through the entire project lifecycle.
7+ years working with cross-functional teams and overseeing multiple large-scale software development projects concurrently, ensuring alignment on shared technologies, technical deliverables.
Extensive experience partnering with engineers & developers to drive SDLC change management, ensuring smooth transitions and seamless delivery.
Proven ability to address technical challenges, working across teams to build and manage relationships, navigate delivery dependencies, and ensure project success.
