    Position summary

    unicate organizational needs, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful. In this role, you will oversee projects by translating project briefs into workable production plans executed under the required deadlines. You will work closely with Radio leadership, Radio Programming, Creative Development, Original Content and Radio Content EP's to align content stories with platform initiatives and program goals. You will be working in a fast paced environment managing multiple high profile projects at once, with additional project-based responsibilities added at any given time.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 8 + years experience in content and/or radio production

    • 8 + years of project management experience overseeing high level, cross functional projects end to end

    • 8 + years experience working with high level hosts and talent

    • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

    • Demonstrate extraordinary planning, organizing, creative & critical thinking skills

    • Travel may be necessary from time to time, both domestic & international

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Results-oriented, upbeat and focused with a strong passion to learn and succeed

    • Well versed in pop culture, music and are passionate about entertainment

    • Ability to motivate, lead, and inspire the team and talent they work with

    • Excellent communication, planning and time management skills

    • Calm under pressure and approach challenges with flexibility

    • Proven ability to maneuver through levels of ambiguity

    • Able to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality

    • Building networks cross functionally will help lead to success in this role

    • Ability to influence senior leaders across functions

    • Comfortable in a broadcast studio and with automation systems in live and pre-recorded environments

    • Able to navigate challenges while maintaining an even keel

    • An efficient communicator, able to break through noise and provide clarity to all areas of the business including executive leaders

    • Proficient in building presentations in Apple Keynote

    Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $150,000 and $287,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
