    Position summary

    Pacific countries. As customer buying behaviour rapidly shifts towards online, there is a great opportunity for a highly-driven professional to join us as RFO Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic fulfilment programs that cut across Operations and Retail to improve efficiencies and offerings in Apple's fulfilment strategy. Representing as RFO Subject Matter Expert, new fulfilment process and system functionality will be supported by this role from conception to design, implementation and support.

    Description

    As the Program Manager, you will: • Lead fulfilment strategy and programs from concept to go-live; recommend fulfilment roadmap for PAC countries and seek global alignment with senior management • Lead market research efforts and build business cases in collaboration with Operations, Online and Store teams to help shape and form the future capability roadmaps • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine requirements and dependencies across various fulfilment roadmaps • Represent the business in Business Requirement Documents, Conceptual and Detailed Design Playbacks, Gap Reviews, sign off on final design with BPR & IS&T • Drive program and process reviews to improve our online and store fulfilment experience and enhance operation efficiency while balancing costs • Manage communications at senior management level while being in the details of all aspects of assigned programs • Design and provide reporting improvements based on needs of programs • Partner with user groups in planning, scripting, data setup and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive cutover planning, with input from IS&T

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Degree in relevant fields such as Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or Finance required. Master Degree preferred

    • Minimum 6-9 years of experience in program, project management or business analytics with proven track record of successful implementation of mid to large scale projects

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Extensive Supply Chain, Logistics and/or operations experience with e-commerce or Retail background is highly preferred
    • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills with ability to translate complex findings to a business audience
    • Critical thinker with a strong sense of urgency to resolve issues
    • Agile in ambiguity, with an ability to persevere and adapt under pressure
    • Exceptional communicator and presenter, with ability to tailor style to different levels of an organization
    • Strategic problem solver with demonstrated ability to envision the future state of the business and synthesize insights into concrete, actionable strategies and plans
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks with a proven ability to meet hard deadlines
    • Stakeholder Management experience in a fast-paced matrix organization preferred
    • Mandarin language capability will be an advantage due to the market coverage
