Distribution team to drive Sales Initiatives & Channel Comms, focused on iPhone Line of Business (LOB). This role will be a core part of the India Sales Org and will report into iPhone Business Manager (BM) and work closely with various route-to-markets (RTMs) / channels as well as functions like Affordability, Finance within the sales org and collaborate closely with the India Marketing team, on various sales offer comms as well as sales driving projects. The candidate is expected to drive iPhone sales growth through a mix of large cross-functional initiatives as well as channel comms focused on sales offers & affordability.

The role will have responsibilities to drive iPhone business growth through 2 key areas: 1. Sales Initiatives and Special Projects - Develop deep understanding of iPhone business across sales and distribution, including various nuances across channels (both offline and online) - Identify and implement projects to drive sales growth of iPhone within the country - Lead cross-functional engagement with various functions within sales (like Affordability, Finance) as well as outside sales like Marketing, Services to take the identified initiatives to closure - Support Business Manager (BM) to plan and review LOB performance on a weekly basis and quarterly basis incl. independent handling of entire LOB, as and when required 2. Channel Comms - Develop channel communication plans focused on sales offers and affordability, which will help accelerate sales of iPhone in the country - Ensure flawless roll-out of our channel communication plans through all channels, in line with defined global marketing guidelines - Support National Distributors and key large channel partner, in conjunction with partner-comms team within India Marketing team, in developing various marketing assets and media planning for campaigns through the year - Manage day-to-day operational aspects of our comms plan incl. liaising with business partners and media & advertising agencies (if required) for timely and efficient delivery of the plans - Define and measure return on investment of various sales comms activities (traditional as well as new age media) - Benchmark industry standard methodologies and latest market development, to propose new comms to stimulate iPhone sales
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of overall experience. 4+ years of experience in marketing communications across both Traditional and New Age Media and 3+ years of experience within the sales org, driving sales growth initiatives.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience from a reputed institute
Excellent understanding and knowledge of communication tools and media vehicles
Operational & proven experience of taking care of agencies and marketing vendors
