    Position summary

    e development of video and image assets that provides an informative and entertaining experience, and allows our viewers to fully understand and utilize their products to their full potential. The Screen Producer drives creation and delivery of screen assets to support functional creative needs and intent while balancing production capacity and control of scope, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of UI across screens for the design teams for the AppleCare Digital portfolio. This role is a subject matter expert and able to provide insightful advice and technical guidance to the topics and solutions Apple is trying to provide for our customers.

    Description

    Provide technical product expertise to our strategists, producers and creatives during pre-production and production. Support the day-to-day screen production process, including tracking, quality assurance, course correction, and delivery. Responsible for screen captures, data management, and content loading on devices Manage hardware inventory, both for in-house capture usage and video + photography productions. Be the liaison between all of our cross functional teams and a resource to answer all technical questions about our products Build close relationships with our Engineering, Product Marketing and Marcom teams to learn all aspects of the software. Continuously learn and be an expert in everything Apple experience. This person will work with a dedicated team who will depend on them at several stages of our production process. We're searching for someone who wants to take their training and expertise, honed through years of being an Apple expert, and apply them to millions of people online, every day.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • You demonstrate deep knowledge of our vast library of hardware products, software offerings, services, and can speak to their configuration, options, usage, and proper troubleshooting. Experience in an Advisor, Genius or Trainer role is a plus.

    • You have expertise in building real, positive relationships with creative people who span many fields, including producers, creatives, motion designers, writers and strategists.

    • You possess extraordinary communication and time management skills, and you can work independently as well as in a team environment.

    • You react quickly to new information, opinions, and direction, and strategically pivot when necessary.

    • Be someone who is proactive and has a go getter attitude, who is looking for and open to new ways of working.

    • Portfolio or content showcase required

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 6-8 years in a creative or technical role dealing with UI/UX. Apple or other creative agency experience a plus.

    • You have expertise in building real, positive relationships with creative people who span many fields, including producers, creatives, motion designers, writers and strategists.

    • You are experienced with guiding and shaping the production process across a variety of media, including print, interactive, and video.

    • Bachelor's degree

    Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
