Minimum Qualifications
PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in applying AI and optimisation techniques to solve complex industry problems.
Expertise in optimisation methods such as constraint programming, linear programming, mixed-integer programming, heuristics, and meta-heuristics.
Proficiency with solver libraries, and related(e.g., CP solvers, Gurobi, CPLEX, or custom solvers).
Proven experience leading optimisation projects from conception to deployment.
Strong mentoring skills, fostering team proficiency in optimisation methodologies.
Ability to navigate complex environments and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering efficiency-driven solutions.
