Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and key business or People partners when appropriate. Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by establishing, planning and executing the operational strategy of assigned functional areas and the entire store. Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member and financial information. Perform other tasks as needed. Minimum Qualifications
You should:
Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
Be proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
Have 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales or a related field.
