Description
You will design, develop, run, and document experiments focused on the serviceability of Apple products. You will drive and track Product Design, Repairability and Regulatory standards / regulations and their impact to Apple's service business. Work with cross-functional teams to help inform design decisions, communicate risks, and explore new options for service design. Design processes for Apple products across every product line, document the process, and communicate results. Manage and maintain a lab environment including ordering supplies, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Set up new repair, test, and lab equipment, as necessary. Prepare presentations, charts, and graphs for presentation of results to engineering, operations, and management as needed
Minimum Qualifications
5 years of experience as an exceptional service engineer/technician with impeccable organizational skills and attention to details
1+ years demonstrated skills in project management tools and schedule development/management
1+ years experience with the Apple Service ecosystem, processes, tooling and their implementation
1+ years experience leading manufacturing experiments and validations with a focus on quality

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $205,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
