Description
As a Product Owner for Content Systems, you will lead and deliver a best-in-class digital experience for Apple's customers by overseeing the creation and management of intelligent systems that empower content delivery. You will be responsible for leading the vision, inception, strategy and entire product backlog, handling enhancement requests, and feature prioritization. ADDITIONALLY, YOU WILL: - Identify, analyze, prioritize, and refine requirements for the Engineering team. - Collaborating with different cross-functional teams to align product vision, ensuring the product meets both user needs and business goals - Write user stories and acceptance criteria, refine the product backlog, and advocate for both end-user and business needs. - Work with other product owners/managers across Apple to support the integration of content delivery services into various platforms. - Ensure timely delivery of new features, bug fixes, and enhancements, maintaining high standards of quality. - Facilitate clear communication between business and engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently. - Coordinate UAT to ensure alignment with business requirements and deliverables. - Monitor the overall health of projects/products and drive timely resolutions. - Present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators, including senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a software product management or product owner role
Proficiency in agile scrum methodology as a product owner, with the ability to write detailed requirements that align with business priorities.
MBA or equivalent experience with relevant Computer Science background. Master's or equivalent experience in Computer Science with a Bachelor's in Business Administration.
