    Position summary

    nalysis and thermal insight. In addition, you will lead the design and implementation of thermal solutions and participate in design reviews and technology investigations. You will also be responsible for: Specification and optimization of thermal control parameters Analysis of system test data and preparing executive presentations Communication of status and results to cross-functional teams and management Occasional travel required

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Genuine curiosity and a sense of design ownership

    • Experience using IcePak and/or Star-CCM+ for thermal simulations

    • Experience in consumer product implementation and validation

    • M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 3+ years product experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Deep technical and functional expertise in conduction, convection (natural and forced), and radiation, as well as numeric modeling techniques and concepts

    • A thorough understanding of the fundamental aspects of a thermal design

    • Strong modeling skills are a requirement with experience accurately capturing complex geometries

    • Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on Heat Transfer or Fluid Dynamics
