    Applied Materials' Semiconductor Product Group Department is searching for an intern to join our team in summer 2026! This unique opportunity will provide the unique insight into Corporate Strategy process at a Global Technology leader. This role will play crucial role in supporting our key strategic initiatives for Applied. The position will entail the following:

    • Compile, analyze and provide reports on various aspects of business intelligence

    • Financial Statement Analysis including Revenue, Profitability and Market share Metrics

    • Calculation and Model Unit Level economics (Nodal Sizing)

    • Support Team all aspects including drafting written material for review

    • Play key role in development of data automation platform with latest IT system and Tools

    Requirements

    • Student must be pursuing a Master's degree program in Business Analytics, or a related field or be from Top Tier ungraduated School with major in Finance, Economics or Accounting

    • Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a GPA of 3.3 (4.0 scale)

    • Strong analytical and Finance skills

    • Data Science, data Intelligence

    • Power Bi, Python experience

    • Business Acumen

    • Ability to handle large amount of data and combine information from different sources

    • Data management, data analytics experience preferred

    • Strong mathematical and excel modelling skills

    • Must be detail oriented

    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

    • Quick learner

    • Team player

    • Tableau knowledge and data automation is a plus

    • Finance and Statistical Knowledge is a plus

    • Technology Knowledge including Software, Hardware and Semis knowledge is a plus

    The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

    For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
