As a Buyer, you'll be responsible for purchasing the materials, supplies, machinery, and services that equip our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. You'll collaborate across teams and showcase your organization and strategic planning skills to monitor inventory, manage delivery scheduling, negotiate with suppliers, and procure essential items that transform possibilities into realities for our customers and teams.
Procurement & Sourcing Knowledge
Hands‑on experience in purchasing/procurement of materials, components, or services.
Ability to issue RFQs, evaluate supplier proposals, and negotiate pricing and terms.
Supplier Management
Experience managing non‑strategic suppliers and handling purchase orders end‑to‑end.
Skills in supplier communication, follow‑ups, and delivery management.
ERP / MRP Expertise
Strong working knowledge of MRP systems (SAP/Oracle/JD Edwards/Ariba/Coupa).
Ability to review MRP regularly and execute pull-ins, pushouts and planner orders.
Negotiation Skills
Ability to negotiate price, delivery timelines, payment terms, and contracts under supervision.
Inventory Coordination
Coordination skills with Manufacturing, Engineering, Accounting, and Receiving teams to maintain inventory levels and resolve discrepancies.
Purchase Order Management
Experience in creating, adjusting, tracking, and closing Purchase Orders (POs).
Communication & Follow-up
Strong verbal and written communication for dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
Ability to escalate delays and ensure timely delivery.
Documentation & Compliance
Knowledge of procurement processes, record keeping, and adherence to procurement policies and controls.
