    Who are we?

    We are a global company in the semiconductor industry, leading the development of advanced chip manufacturing tools. We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Process Manufacturing Engineering (ME) group and lead the critical interface between information systems and the production floor.

    Job Description:

    As the ME Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading the daily operations interfacing with the production floor and operations division, using the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) as the core tool.

    Responsibilities include:

    • MES Management: Oversee the ongoing operation, maintenance, and optimization of the MES system, providing support to production teams.

    • Workflow and FIP Management: Manage technical writing vendors and all approval and maintenance processes for workflows and Final Integration Procedures (FIP), and implement them in systems.

    • Data Analysis and BI: Define requirements, create and implement dashboards and advanced BI tools for production data analysis, identifying weak points and improving processes (Continuous Improvement).

    • Status Control and Coordination: Manage and monitor task and project progress statuses with internal teams (Engineering, R&D, Operations) and external partners.

    • Complex Systems Environment: Work continuously and integrate across core organizational systems:

    • SAP, Tableau, SharePoint, SWF, Smartsheet, including aspects of PLM (Product Lifetime Management).

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a relevant engineering/technology field. 4 years of experience in team management/project leadership in a production/operations environment - Advantage.

    • Extensive hands-on experience with MES systems - significant advantage (experience with SAP ME - additional advantage).

    • Proven experience in system specification and working with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard creation.

    • Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and fast, effective problem-solving abilities.

    • Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and ability to motivate diverse teams and interfaces.

    • Full proficiency in Office applications, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.

    • High-level English (written and spoken).
