    Role: Non-Technical Program/Project Management II - (B2)

    Key Responsibilities:

    This role will support strategic planning, program management and day-to-day operations in a dynamic and growing business. You will be responsible for maintaining the business operating cadence, supporting key programs and managing employees' workspaces.

    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Assist in maintaining the operating rhythm playbook.

    • Support program management for business reviews, key meetings, and forums.

    • Help prepare executive communications for strategic planning and business reviews.

    • Manage seating assignments at headquarters and ensure functionality of communal workspaces.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key programs (such as NCG onboarding and Business Continuity) and contribute to project deliverables.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 2-4 years of experience

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), calendaring, and familiarity with Smartsheet.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong time management skills

    The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

    For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
