    As a Process Technician in R&D, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will work closely with engineers and scientists to execute experiments, collect data, and maintain equipment in a cleanroom environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about advancing cutting-edge technology.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assisting engineer to work on developing process technology for advanced semiconductor processes

    • Responsible for performing basic recipe and CH troubleshooting during process runs and implement changes based on directions from the engineer

    • Owner for the execution of module process, data collection for measurement & inspection and sharing of data with the engineer

    • Interact with internal and external CH and metrology tool owners to align for tool time, execute process sequence and collect data to feedback to engineer

    • Occasional over-time to support process engineering support activities

    Requirements:

    • ITE/ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Materials Science) or related field.

    • 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or R&D environment preferred.

    • Familiarity with cleanroom operations and semiconductor processing equipment is a plus.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.

    • Basic understanding of process control and data analysis.

    • Good communication and teamwork skills.

    • Must be able to commit Monday - Friday rotating shift (9am - 6pm/ 4pm - 11pm).
