Job Description: Product QA Validation Engineer
We are looking for experienced and motivated QA validation engineer with passion for quality and technology to lead quality in one of the company leading domain products.

Our Group:
Our group is the domain in-charge of communicating and orchestrating HW devices, calibrations, complex flows and integrations with experienced engineers that leads SW deliveries.We are closely working and highly collaborating with other domains and peers in the company: System, HW, Application, etc.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and troubleshoot complex software-to-hardware integrations, ensuring smooth operation and deep system/application understanding.
Drive Agile processes, validate product quality, and serve as the main contact for software and product teams.
Lead the debuggability aspect during software feature grooming sessions.
Challenge, improve, and approve software deliveries and working methodologies.
What you should have?
Minimum 5 years in proven and vast experience in quality of multi-discipline products, integrations and troubleshooting within a software development environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration in software teams.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools.
Experience with automation, coding, or AI tools is a significant advantage.
