Key Responsibilities
Overseeing daily operations of the QMS, documentation, revision control, and ensuring compliance with standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
Leading internal audits, coordinating external certification audits (registrar/customer), and auditing suppliers.
Investigating quality issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Working with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality into product development and processes.
Developing and delivering QMS training, supporting technical services, and analyzing failure modes.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
Functional Knowledge
Understanding of quality standards (ISO 9001) and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
Strong analytical skills for data analysis and root cause identification.
Excellent communication and training abilities.
Experience with audits (internal, supplier, customer) and CAPA systems (8D).
Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication operations preferred.

Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
