Your Role
Assist in conducting ASPICE assessments of Aptiv's processes, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis) to inform process improvement initiatives.
Support the evaluation of process maturity against ASPICE requirements, providing objective evidence and recommendations for improvement.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of ASPICE principles, guidelines, and assessment methodologies under the guidance of a Competent Assessor.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop corrective actions.
Provide support in developing and maintaining ASPICE assessment reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans.
Participate in internal audits and management reviews to ensure the effectiveness of our quality management system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our ASPICE assessment and process improvement initiatives.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science, business administration).
Minimum 2 years of experience in process assessment, auditing, or quality management, preferably in the automotive industry.
ASPICE Provisional Assessor certification.
Basic understanding of ASPICE principles, guidelines, and assessment methodologies.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., PERSON, Six Sigma) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) an asset.
Fluency in English.
Good to Have
Experience with Aptiv's processes and systems.
Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 26262).
Certification in other assessment methodologies (e.g., CMMI, ISO 15504).
