• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure timely launch of new parts and projects.

• Manage supplier audits and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.

• Lead cost reduction and localization initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

• Resolve supplier quality issues in coordination with SQE and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

• Coach and develop team members to strengthen functional capability and business understanding.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• 12+ years of experience in purchasing or supplier quality management, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Proven experience in supplier negotiation, cost analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong understanding of IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP processes.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strategic mindset.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office; fluent in English for supplier communication.
