Finance Analyst

Your role:

• Assist in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities

• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and business strategies.

• Monitor financial performance by analyzing key metrics and variances.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

• Participate in ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required.

Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role (internship experience is a plus).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.

• Familiarity with financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

• Eagerness to learn and develop within the finance function.
