YOUR BACKROUND
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
More than 3 years' experience in an HR Partner /HRBP.
Solid knowledge of HRIS, Workday is a plus
Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
Strategic Thinker.
Excellent communicator, with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Problem-solver with excellent analytical skill
Fluent in English and Portuguese
