s the main point of contact for payroll and HR queries and supports legal and regulatory compliance.
Your Role
Support the on-site implementation of the Nexon payroll system and ensure proper system setup and reporting
Maintain and update HR data in Workday and Nexon systems
Manage employee records and lifecycle documentation, including onboarding, contract preparation/amendments, job descriptions, transfers, and terminations
Manage, control, correct, reconcile and document employees' working time records; maintain individual work schedules
Manage monthly payroll processing in compliance with labor laws, employment contracts, and internal compensation policies
Ensure accurate and timely payroll data processing, payslip issuance, and statutory reporting (e.g., NAV)
Coordinate with the accounting department on payroll-related reporting, payments, and documentation
Prepare and verify reports from NexonBér and NexonTime systems for internal and external reporting
Prepare HR and payroll reports, employment certificates, and other employee-requested documentation
Communicate with Nexon Kft., monitor system updates, and implement changes as required
Ensure compliance with labor law, internal company policies, and SOX requirements
Support internal and external audits; maintain accurate headcount and payroll data
Comply with quality assurance, safety, fire protection, health, and environmental regulations
Protect assets under responsibility
Perform all other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the role, existing qualifications, and company interests
Your Background
High school education
English- Intermediate Level
Knowledge of labour law, tax and social security legislation
Knowledge of Nexon payroll system
MS Office User
Good organizational skills
Agile, open-minded personality, accuracy
Good communication skills
