• Analyze market data and contribute to salary benchmarking and compensation survey submissions.

• Prepare and deliver job analysis, pay structure recommendations, and compensation summaries for internal decision-making.

• Stay informed on compensation-related legislation and market trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in payroll, compensation, or total rewards, preferably in a multinational or matrix organization.

• Solid understanding of payroll regulations and compensation strategies in Italy

• Experience with job architecture frameworks, merit cycles, bonus structures, and incentive plan design.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Zuchetti )

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.

• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
