Production Control Supervisor

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to address production constraints.

• Address and resolve production-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Generate reports on production performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in production control, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.

• Experience in the automotive industry

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management tools.

• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
