ve as the main customer contact for project timing, deliverables, and issue resolution
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions
Prepare and present regular status reports to management and global PMO
Manage design change requests, scope adjustments, and customer communications
Support program reviews (Gate Reviews) and ensure adherence to APQP processes
Ensure project documentation (timing plan, BOM, test reports, DFMEA/PFMEA) is maintained and accurate
Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement activities for future programs
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the automotive industry (Tier 1 preferred)
Proven experience managing OEM customer projects (Hyundai, Kia, GM, etc.)
Strong understanding of APQP, PPAP, and IATF 16949 processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Project or equivalent project management tools
Fluent in English and Korean (both written and spoken)Why join us?
