Project Engineer

the projects in line with customer request.

• To provide necessary information to the planning to ensure advanced allocation of necessary machine resources.

• To kick off the projects after receipt of order confirmation or PO.

• To prepare detailed project plan and time schedule and to update and circulate this on a weekly basis.

• To coordinate the purchase of standard parts, raw materials and other outsourced elements like mould bases, Hot runner systems etc.

• To have active participation in concept reviews and design reviews and get necessary approvals from the customer.

• Moderation and documentation of meetings.

• Coordination of technical departments on project view.

• Coordination of personnel, material and machinery resources.

• To release the drawings for manufacturing in the plant with necessary documentation.

• To maintain the project data base with continual updates.

• Initializes calculations due to project changes.

• To coordinate the trials and debugging.

• Complete support and care of new projects, starts with the concept and ends with the delivery of the mould/ tool/ assemblies to the customer.

• To do cost analysis after the completion of the project.

• To build good relationship with the customer.
