    Position summary

    • Representante de calidad frente a los clientes.

    • Lanzar y gestionar el proceso 8D después de quejas internas y de clientes. Ejecutar el control y análisis estadístico de los procesos.

    • Seguimiento y monitoreo de los KPI de calidad.

    • Trabajar con equipos internos para aumentar la satisfacción del cliente mejorando la calidad de los productos.

    • Supervisión del grupo de Ingeniería de calidad.
