Senior Contract Specialist, Contract Management

• Review contracts managed by Contract Specialists and Interns.
• Assign cases in the Icertis system.
• Analyze contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and support junior team members in contract management practices.
• Participate in strategic projects aimed at optimizing contract processes.
• Potential involvement in mentoring junior team members, including sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and supporting their professional development.

YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• University degree (preferably Law, Administration, or Business)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Contract Management or Legal
• Advanced English proficiency (C1)
• Proficiency in contract management systems (e.g., Icertis)
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Knowledge of contract law and international regulations
