• Team oriented

• Methodical approach to problem solving

• experience with managing a team

• Technical knowledge in the related field

• Prior experience in automotive industry

• Commitment to ongoing projects and implementing improvements

• Experience from project management, certification would be a plus

• Lead by influence type of skillset
