Job Description:**

At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Sarbanes Oxley Compliance Analyst in our Englewood, CO location!

The Staff Compliance Analyst reports to the Compliance Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day function of internal and external compliance efforts, including coordination of resources, review of work, ensuring test results are properly documented and issues are appropriately raised. You will plan, execute and report on ad hoc compliance projects.

This position is part of a hybrid work schedule allowing for 3 days in the office per week and 2 days remote.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Identify, document, test and remediate potential risk areas and support the maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 compliance.

• Become the liaison for internal and external audit engagements

• Sarbanes-Oxley control testing

• Assist in SOX Implementation project

• Ad-hoc quarterly projects

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.

• 1+ years related experience (accounting or audit preferred).

• Proficient in MS-Office.

• Knowledge of Oracle e-business suite (11i) preferred.

• Efficient communication skills and ability to work with various levels of employees.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment under tight deadlines and with multiple priorities.

• Experience working with international subsidiaries and related accounting issues.

• Knowledge of and experience in accounting, auditing and SOX testing and analytical concepts.

• Proven problem resolution, analytical and decision-making skills.

• Experience responding to executive requests and influencing executive decision-making.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$29.25 - $35.75

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
