As part of the ArrowSphere Finops team, you will have to:
Manage CloudHealth and VCSP (Broadcom) orders in the ArrowSphere Platform: From order placement to billing. You will assist the sales team in recording orders and ensure that all VCSP revenue is correctly invoiced and reconciled.
Assist in the reconciliation of other suppliers' data with platform data. (Data such as: vendor catalog, subscription detail, billing).
Participate in the correction of data in case of discrepancies
Participate in the generation of the billing statement
Prepare the materials to Arrow's AP team
Respond to tickets related to the catalog and billing
You will help ensure that the business runs smoothly and effectively into ArrowSphere platform.
Skills / Experience required:
3+ years of experience (administrative and billing assistant)
Strong analytical capabilities
Ability to work with complicated system issues involving multiple environments
Strong knowledge of Excel
