We're looking for our next Customer Support Associate for our Automotive division. Here, we create effective partnerships with manufacturers to help them bring solutions to automobiles around the world.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements.

  • Responsible for handling more complex discrepancies, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.

  • Responsible for the Order to Invoice Process.

  • Support sales team with direct customer contact within Planned Demand and Quality assurance processes.

  • Assist Inside Sales with overall Quote to Order objectives.

  • Work closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues in a timely manner.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Typically requires a 4-year degree and 1 year of experience in customer support, B2B preferred.

  • Must be familiarized with ERP systems - Oracle is a plus.

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience supporting sales efforts.

  • Communication skills teamwork-oriented.

  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$15,275.00 - $22,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
