Answer HR policy-related questions, such as the EPR, Goal setting, Merit Review, Talent review, and other, providing guidance to both managers and employees, and escalating as appropriate
Educate clients of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday (Arrow's HRIS) and other systems
Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team
Execute critical HR initiatives to deliver best-in-class employee services, including communications of HR initiatives and logistic support to training and HR programs
Continuously create and define process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives and inquiries
General administration duties: preparing reports etc.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
At least 1 year of HR experience (preferably SSC sector)
A person who is located in Gdańsk
Experience in process transition will be an advantage
Good English both in spoken and written (B2 / C1 level)
Additional knowledge of any other language will be an asset (European countries)
A person who is innovative, process oriented, willing to implement plenty of automation within HR administration processes
A person who is self-reliant and takes full ownership of their tasks.
