Materials Planning Associate I

The Materials Planning Associate will be working with the AMSS Assembly, which is Arrow's Advanced Manufacturing Supply Solutions that offers technology, engineering manufacturing expertise, and a full turnkey solution throughout the product development lifecycle for PCB.

What will you be doing:

• Plan and pipeline inventory for low to medium complex customer demand-lower dollar value and/or lower part count.

• Review backlog and shortage reports to ensure uninterrupted supply of inventory. Tools would include backlog matching; shortage reports and the Arrow flex reports with minimum customer interaction.

• Prepare Arrow generated forecasts for RWB (Release Work Bench).

• Upload and manage the exceptions generated from the RWB Release Work Bench processing.

• Maintain manual bonds to assure interrupted availability of inventory.

• Cleaning system Alerts to get the orders booked.

What do you need to have?

• Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2-4 years of experience in Materials planning/Buyer.

• Microsoft Office skills - High proficiency in Excel/pivot tables

• ERP knowledge on ORACLE and SAP

• Fluent in English. Business conversation level

• Attentive to detail. Proactive

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
