• Lead small cross functional projects, track and manage timeline and outcomes

• Provide insight to the global team on supplier analytics to improve engagement and drive success with key suppliers

What we are looking for

• A proven leader who has led and managed teams in a global and matrixed environment

• Willing to engage with team members in all regions and countries

• Understanding and experience in the electronic components industry (semiconductor and IP&E)

• 6-8 years of experience in a relevant field with demonstration of increasing responsibility over time

• Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
